The project consists on an integral reform of a house at Parets del Vallès, a town nearby Barcelona.

At first sight, even before the purchase, we saw many possibilities. We had to adapt to the necessities of a family with two little girls. The main target was designing a home for them, trying to customize every corner in users' taste. The bathrooms needed to be funny and different, always using materials such as ceramic and special paints.

The building presented several problems that had to be analyzed each at a time. There was a heights game, solved using different thicknesses on floors and ceilings. The garden and pool zone was redesigned. The rooftop counts on spectacular landscape views too.

The building style was massive and its plan, an square. Its traditional nature generated many insulation problems, so we changed all frames and windows to adapt to modern times' efficiency.

This kind of building processes are never a walk through the park, but with the client's good desire and all the trust he put on us, everything has been easier for everybody.
